Richard Vetter, MD
Primary Care
Dr. Richard Vetter believes in a holistic approach to medicine, where people feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. A Family Medicine Physician with over 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families, Dr. Vetter is passionate about making healthcare more accessible and affordable through strong, community-based Primary Care. A proud North Dakota native, Dr. Vetter earned a BS in Biochemistry from North Dakota State University and an MD from the University of North Dakota.
Jaeda Ertelt, NP

Jaeda believes in compassionate, collaborative care. She’s passionate about helping members take charge of their health through education and support.
She has worked in healthcare for over a decade, including 8 years as an RN and since 2019 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jaeda earned her nursing degrees from Dakota College at Bottineau, Minot State University, and the University of Cincinnati.
Jaeda is originally from LaMoure, North Dakota. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, canoeing, and reading mystery novels. She’s known for her ability to connect with people and support them through life’s highs and lows.
Crystal Liddycoat, LPCC/LPC
Mental Health
Crystal Liddycoat believes in the healing power of connection, trust, and authentic collaboration. Her counseling philosophy centers around creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel empowered and supported. She believes in finding joy, sharing laughter, and helping people in all aspects of her life.
Crystal earned a MA in Counseling from the University of North Dakota, and a MA in Biblical Studies from Luther Seminar. She has experience supporting individuals through a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship concerns. Her therapeutic style is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each individual’s lived experience. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, and trauma-informed care to help people build coping strategies and enhance self-awareness.
Originally from North Dakota, Crystal brings a global perspective shaped by over 2 decades spent living abroad as a military spouse in Germany, Japan, and England. Her personal and professional journeys have deepened her appreciation for diverse perspectives and the resilience of the human spirit. Outside of work, she enjoys tending houseplants and creating sculpted cakes.

Mariah approaches care with kindness, compassion, and a deep belief in the power of connection. She’s driven to make a positive impact—big or small—in the lives of others.
She is an experienced Medical Assistant skilled in taking vitals, administering vaccinations, and assisting with outpatient procedures.
Mariah loves spending time with her partner and daughter. From gardening to bike rides, she values simple joys and meaningful conversations. She brings that same care and presence to her work every day.
